How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 4–8 business days and expedited 2–4 business days, anywhere in the continental US. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Free standard US shipping on orders over $50, otherwise a flat $4.99. Expedited shipping is $12.99.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You can track anytime via our
Track Order page using your Order ID and email.
Returns
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, in the condition it arrived with all accessories and packaging. Refunds go to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover return shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Because most of our items are single units, we handle an exchange as a return plus a new order. Message us first and we will hold the replacement for you if we have one.

Do your sneakers run true to size?
Sizes are the manufacturer's US sizes as stated on each listing. Check the size guide for conversions, and message us before ordering if you are between sizes.

Condition & Authenticity
Are your phones and tech authentic?
We only list items from established US sellers with 99% or better positive feedback, and every listing states its condition: new, open box, or certified refurbished. If anything arrives not as described, you get a full refund.
What if my product is defective?
Contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement if we have one, or a full refund including return shipping.

Is checkout secure?
