Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send you a confirmation email. Until then, we may decline for any reason — e.g. stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout. We try hard to get pricing right; if a clear error exists we’ll contact you to confirm or cancel before shipping.
Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks your order delivered.

The BudgetThrills name, logo, photography, and copy are ours. You can share product pages on social media. You can't reuse our assets commercially without permission.
We're liable for direct losses caused by our negligence, capped at the order value. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability we can't legally exclude.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes go to the courts of San Francisco County, California.
